Vice-Chancellery for Administrative Affairs

 

 

* Setting policies and guidelines for Kerman University of Medical Sciences in the management and planning of human, financial, physical, and informational resources.

* Meeting the human, financial, physical, and informational needs of the university.

* Supervising the proper implementation of administrative, financial, and employment laws and regulations across all affiliated units.

* Establishing and communicating necessary regulations and instructions regarding personnel affairs, administration, support services, finance, account maintenance, expense management, asset preservation, and overseeing their proper execution.

* Monitoring the performance of current, developmental, and specialized credits.

* Supervising the organization of accounting matters and reviewing financial statements, documents, and reports.

* Coordinating between administrative and financial units within the central headquarters and the university.

* Studying, reviewing, and proposing reform plans for organizational and management development in areas such as management systems, structure and organization, systems and methods, job classification, and administrative-management science and technology training.

* Formulating budget preparation policies and guidelines based on the approved policies and programs of the relevant ministry.

* Preparing and presenting the most suitable architectural and developmental plans for health, treatment, educational, and research units, aligned with scientific principles and available geographical, cultural, and climatic conditions.

* Assessing the building, facility, and equipment needs, and exploring ways to supply, maintain, renovate, and develop health, treatment, educational, and research centers and institutions.

* Supervising the preparation, organization, and implementation of developmental projects.

* Taking necessary measures to address employee welfare matters.

* Overseeing the university's legal affairs and ensuring the proper implementation of relevant laws and regulations.

* Communicating laws, approvals, regulations, and statutes related to affiliated and associated units of the university.

* Preparing and organizing proposed plans and bills related to the mission of the vice-chancellor's office
